Have you partnered with your local FIMR? Are you aware of the benefits of this partnership? Join us for this webinar as we hear an overview of FIMR and how it fits into the larger maternal and child health system. Four Healthy Start programs across the country will also share their stories and describe the benefits they have experienced from partnering with FIMR, such as reporting to inform their community action network, targeted safe sleep efforts, and the creation of media campaigns to educate and prevent infant death. Some of the programs featured are just starting out in this partnership and others have a long-standing engagement with FIMR. We will also discuss common barriers and challenges from this work. Helpful resources will also be shared.
